We understand that finding the right fit online can sometimes be challenging. To make your shopping experience easier, Entici offers a one-time size exchange for eligible products.
Size Exchange
- A size exchange is available once per order for fit-related issues.
- The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- A βΉ99 exchange fee is applicable for every eligible size exchange.
- Size exchange is available up to size 2XL only, subject to availability of the requested size.
- An item can be exchanged only for the same product in a different size. It cannot be exchanged for another dress, design, colour or product.
- The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact.
How the Exchange Works
- Raise your size-exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs/video of the product with our team for a preliminary quality check.
- Once the request is approved, Entici will arrange a reverse pickup where the service is available.
- Once the product has been successfully picked up by the courier, we will dispatch the replacement size, subject to availability.
- If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to arrange the return shipment to Entici.
- In such cases, Entici will reimburse the return-shipping cost up to a maximum of βΉ150, against a valid shipping receipt/proof of payment.
- The returned product will be inspected upon receipt. The exchange may be rejected if the product does not meet our exchange conditions.
3XL and Above
Sizes 3XL and above are made specifically against customer orders and are treated as custom-made sizes. Therefore, size exchange is not available for products ordered in 3XL or above.
Products Not Eligible for Size Exchange
An exchange will not be accepted if:
- The product has been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
- The product has stains, makeup, perfume/deodorant marks or other signs of use.
- The original tags or labels have been removed.
- The product is returned without its original packaging.
- The product has been damaged after delivery.
- The exchange request is made after the 48-hour exchange window.
- The request is for a change of product, design, colour or style.
- The product was ordered in 3XL or above.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For damaged, defective or incorrect-product claims, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the parcel from the time the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or interruptions, so that the condition of the package and its contents can be verified.
Please retain the original packaging, shipping label, tags and all contents until the issue has been resolved.
These cases will be reviewed separately and, where applicable, the βΉ99 size-exchange fee will not apply.
Important
The exchange facility is provided only for size/fit issues and is limited to one exchange per order.
A product cannot be exchanged for another product, dress, design or colour.
All exchange requests are subject to preliminary verification, successful reverse pickup or customer-arranged return, product availability and final quality inspection.
Partial COD payment is non-refundable
