Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Returns are not available for the delivered goods.

  • Exchanges are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or missing products. Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery for such issues.

  • Always record an unboxing video while opening the parcel; it’s required for defect verification.

  • Exchange orders are processed after pickup of the returned product. If the desired size or product is unavailable, our team will help with an alternative.

  • Exchanges are free of cost.

  • Refunds are not issued. Instead, you can choose another product from our store.

  • If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the item. After QC approval, you’ll receive ₹100 as a shipping reimbursement.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders cancellation is not allowed.

COD:

  • COD is available on the payment of an advance amount as displayed at the time of checkout.
  • The advance amount towards the COD will be deducted from the total price of the item purchased.
  • COD item incurs a separate delivery fee as calculated at the time of checkout.
  • The advance payment made towards COD will be non-refundable if the person refuses to accept the order or remains unavailable for three consecutive delivery attempts.
